Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan on Tuesday performed the ground breaking ceremony of the Kumrat Road project in Dir Upper district apparently for the third time in three years.

He criticized the past governments for not having spent public money on the welfare of the people and instead filled their coffers.
